About The Position
The Registered Nurse works in harmony with the nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care. The role delivers nursing care under direct supervision, following the applicable state Nurse Practice Act and Practice Guidelines and applying nursing judgment. Full-time and PRN openings are available on the night shift.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state, as required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act and Practice Guidelines, using nursing judgment.
- Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care.
- Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing staff members as needed.
