About The Position
Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) partner. The role involves caring for high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions in a specialized LTAC setting. Nurses provide direct care, coordinate individualized plans with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications and treatments, document clinical findings, educate and advocate for patients and families, and comply with relevant policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.

Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience is strongly preferred.
