About The Position
Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a Long-Term Acute Care partner. The role is based in a specialty LTAC setting caring for high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions. Nurses provide direct care, coordinate individualized care with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications and treatments, document clinical findings, educate and advocate for patients and families, and comply with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines. The position offers a competitive salary with shift differentials, benefits, and paid time off.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
