About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an acute care assignment in Moses Lake, Washington. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled and compassionate nurse who thrives in a fast-paced emergency department environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The RN will provide emergency nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active RN License required
- Emergency Room (ER) experience required
- Current BLS Certification required
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
Nice To Haves
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Triage and assess emergency room patients
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to status changes
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures and patient interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
- Follow patient safety, infection control, and emergency department protocols
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care in high-pressure situations
- Support efficient emergency department workflow and operations
