About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in GI Pain Management is responsible for preparing patients, performing procedures, and recovery in a self-contained outpatient department. This fast-paced environment offers a great team atmosphere with opportunities for cross-training and career development. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

Nursing Diploma required or Associate’s Degree of Nursing required
1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required
RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree of Nursing preferred
Experience in a procedural area (pre, procedure, recovery) preferred
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire
PALS – Pediatric Advance Life Support within 90 days of hire
CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days required
