About The Position

Care Dimensions is seeking a compassionate and skilled per diem Registered Nurse to provide care at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers and Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln. The role offers the opportunity to work with experienced interdisciplinary teams in hospice house settings while providing end-of-life care to patients and families. The position pays $64 per hour and requires a commitment of 32 hours per month. The Hospice House RN provides skilled nursing care, manages symptoms, and offers compassionate support to patients and families. The nurse works closely with physicians, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to help ensure comfort, dignity, and peace throughout the end-of-life journey.

Requirements

Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
Professional nursing experience.
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to respond to the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients and families.
Willingness to work at both the Danvers and Lincoln Hospice House locations.

Nice To Haves

Experience in hospice, palliative care, acute care, oncology, critical care, medical-surgical, or skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities
