About The Position

Bone & Joint is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join its Spine Department. The nurse works with spine surgeons and providers in a fast-paced clinical environment, helping improve patients’ lives. Training is provided, with routine check-ins to support learning. The role primarily involves rooming patients, taking vital signs and health histories, and providing concise reports to treating providers. It also includes assisting with plans of care, providing triage support, tracking laboratory and imaging results, and scheduling surgeries at internal outpatient facilities and external hospital settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure, Compact Registered Nurse licensure, or the ability to apply.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Computer skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
