About The Position

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This role includes patient triage, clinic support, surgery scheduling, and order management across our Carmel, Indianapolis, and Avon locations. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may apply for candidates with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to CNO approval)
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
• Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

• Clinic experience is preferred
• Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) is preferred
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
• May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
