Registered Nurse – Outpatient – Orthopedics – Spine
About The Position
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. Join our growing Spine Program and become part of a close-knit team of surgeons, advanced practice providers, and nurses dedicated to exceptional patient care. This role includes patient triage, clinic support, surgery scheduling, and order management across our Carmel, Indianapolis, and Avon locations. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays. Clinic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Requirements
- Minimum of one year of RN experience
- Associates of Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program (exceptions may be made for candidates with >2 years of experience, subject to CNO approval)
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
- May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
