About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide personalized, skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Davis/Weber, Utah area. The role is part-time, with Monday, Wednesday, and Friday eight-hour shifts. Pay is $36–$43 per hour, plus $0.56 per mile in mileage reimbursement; pay is based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

The nurse completes admissions and assessments, provides treatments and medication administration, addresses urgent needs, develops and updates individualized care plans, and educates patients and families. The nurse coordinates with physicians and other healthcare providers and documents care and patient progress. The role involves independent field work and one-on-one patient care, with support from a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Utah.
• Knowledge of infection control and nursing practices.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient admissions and assessments.
