About The Position

LaserAway is hiring a Registered Nurse for a new clinic location expected to open in January, with an opportunity to start sooner. The nurse will provide aesthetic dermatology care and guide patients from their initial consultation and skin assessment through treatment planning, follow-up care, and long-term results. Treatments include laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation procedures. The role involves working with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors in a high-volume clinic and using LaserAway’s custom digital EMR for documentation. Comprehensive hands-on training across aesthetic modalities is provided from day one. The position offers full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, with no overnight shifts. Weekend availability is required, and the nurse may work at up to three assigned locations.

Requirements

Hold a current, active, unencumbered, state-issued Registered Nurse license.
Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
Be available to work weekends.
Be comfortable working in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in an aesthetics practice; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage patients’ clinical journeys from initial skin assessment and consultation through treatment planning, follow-up care, and long-term results.
Perform laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
Document patient care accurately in LaserAway’s digital EMR.
Partner with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide seamless, individualized care.
Work in a high-volume clinic environment, treating approximately 15–25 patients per day.
Stay current with new FDA-cleared technologies added to the treatment menu.
