RN – Private Duty | Crown Point
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Crown Point and surrounding communities. This role offers the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career. Nurses will focus on one client throughout their shift, building a meaningful relationship with them and their family. BAYADA provides skilled, 1:1 nursing care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of clinical needs and acuity levels. Clients are located throughout Northwest Indiana, including Crown Point, Merrillville, Schererville, Gary, Hammond, Valparaiso, Chesterton, Portage, DeMotte, Rensselaer, Knox, and North Judson, and surrounding communities.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time.
- Build a meaningful relationship with the client and their family.
- Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
- Perform user-friendly electronic charting through Statewise.
