About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to patients. The RN coordinates the overall patient experience and integrates patient care using the nursing process. The RN directs high-quality, patient-focused care according to established safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards, with the goal of discharging patients after providing an optimum level of care.

Requirements

• Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualifying for Registered Nurse licensure.
• At least 1 year of current acute care experience.
• Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• For telemetry and higher-acuity units, ACLS (AHA) certification and Basic EKG interpretation are required.
