About The Position

The RN provides high-quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients. The RN coordinates the patient’s overall experience and integrates patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high-quality, patient-focused care according to established standards for safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control, with the goal of discharging the patient after providing an optimum level of care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of current acute care experience.
• Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• For telemetry and higher-acuity units, ACLS (AHA) certification and basic EKG interpretation are required.
• Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualifying for Registered Nurse licensure.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
