About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide skilled home care to one client at a time in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area. Weekend shifts are available across the Greensboro area, with daytime and overnight options. Nurses provide 1:1 care to adult and pediatric clients with a range of acuity levels. The position offers flexible scheduling and shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. BAYADA provides onboarding designed around nurses’ availability, personalized paid training including SIM labs, ongoing skill development, and 24/7 clinical support and mentorship. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting. The posting lists pay of $30–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad area, including weekend and overnight differentials, and commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on weekly commitment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are available. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider and complies with applicable state and local mandates. Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
