About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled home care to adult and pediatric clients in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area. The role offers one-client-at-a-time care in clients’ homes, with Saturday and Sunday shifts available across the Greensboro area and daytime and overnight options. Schedules may include 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, and full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are listed. BAYADA provides paid, personalized training, including award-winning simulation labs, and skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels. Nurses receive 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. The position also offers local case opportunities throughout the Piedmont Triad and opportunities for career growth and development.
Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-to-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Care for adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad area.
- Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.
