About The Position

Willow Springs Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care to youth ages 6 to 17 in a residential child and adolescent behavioral health treatment setting. Care must be provided within the authorized scope of practice specified in the Nurse Practice Act. Nurses identify patients’ health care needs through physical and behavioral nursing assessments and make comprehensive clinical observations and evaluations, including identifying subtle abnormalities and changes in condition. The available schedule is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 18:30 to 07:00. All schedules require a two-week orientation. A $7,000 sign-on bonus is offered to full-time NOC RNs.

Requirements

• Current license or permit to practice as an RN in the state of employment.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of experience in a health care setting.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior psychiatric experience preferred.
• Child and adolescent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
