About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The role uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication while helping create a safe patient environment and a positive patient experience across the continuum of care.

The position is within the Nursing: Rehabilitation Neuro Unit 2 at Navicent Health Rehabilitation Hospital. The posting describes the work setting as a 14-bed adult medical-surgical observation/inpatient unit with short stays and fast turnover, supported by teamwork and a collaborative, high-energy environment. The role is PRN on the night shift and is part time.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
