About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The role uses evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and skilled communication to help create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum of care. The position is in the Rehabilitation Neuro Unit 2 at Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center. The role is PRN on the night shift. The hospital is a nationally recognized academic medical center and Level 1 Trauma Center, and provides rehabilitation and a broad range of other patient-care services.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
