About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse for private-duty, one-to-one skilled nursing cases in Cape May and Atlantic County, New Jersey. The role provides pediatric and adult home care, serving clients from infants to older adults, with needs ranging from low acuity to tracheostomy and ventilator care. Nurses receive onboarding, extensive training, and support to develop their skills. Cases are matched near the nurse, and schedules are flexible, with traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours and no minimum scheduling requirement. Compensation is $34–$42 per hour, depending on experience and availability, with pay up to $42 per hour based on qualifications. The posting also advertises bonuses of up to $4,000 and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus, with an enhanced Talent Scout Bonus available for South Jersey. The nurse travels to one client’s home for each scheduled shift, follows and documents physicians’ orders, assesses and monitors the client’s condition, and records observations, interventions, and evaluations. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as documented by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you for scheduled care.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
