About The Position

The Registered Nurse will work in the 606A Acute Cardio Unit in a medical/surgical nursing role. Candidates must have at least two years of recent experience within the specialty. The schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and varies. The nurse must work every other weekend and meet the facility’s holiday expectations.

Requirements

• At least two years of recent experience within the specialty.
• AHA BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• NIH certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the 606A Acute Cardio Unit.
• Work every other weekend.
• Work two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
• Work one minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
