Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical (Nursing)
About The Position
Registered Nurse position in the Medical/Surgical Float Pool. The nurse must float between the medical floor and surgical/oncology units. Patient ratios range from 1:5 to 1:6. The role uses Epic as its electronic medical record system. A 200-mile radius rule applies. All time-off and schedule requests must be included at submission; requests cannot be approved after submission. The submission profile must include the candidate’s address, email, full date of birth, Social Security number, and full name to allow confirmation. The hiring process includes an HWL prescreen, a direct interview with the manager, and an offer.
Requirements
- Two years of Medical/Surgical experience.
- Prior travel experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to meet the 200-mile radius rule.
- Include all time-off and schedule requests at submission.
- Provide address, email, full date of birth, Social Security number, and full name in the submission profile.
