About The Position
Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical Acute Neuro unit (612A). This role supports the unit’s seven additional overflow beds. Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted. The schedule is 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. and varies. Holiday coverage is required: work two of the three major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and one minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve). Required compliance items are due by the Wednesday before a Monday start. A badge photo is required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.
- AHA BLS certification.
- Must be located at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted.
- Submit required compliance items by the Wednesday before starting on Monday.
- Provide a badge photo.
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification is preferred.
