About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct, life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Dialysis experience is not required; paid training is provided. The role involves monitoring patients, managing treatment plans, responding to health changes, collaborating with a clinical team that includes Patient Care Technicians, and educating patients and families about kidney health and treatment options.

The position offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment, long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to apply a broad range of nursing skills with medically complex patients. The nurse may float to nearby clinics, and flexible scheduling is required. Training may take place at a clinic other than the nurse’s home location. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Reliable transportation for potential floating.
• Flexible schedule required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg.
• CNN/CDN certification.

Responsibilities
