About The Position

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Premium Pool PRN. The Float Pool RN works across several areas of nursing and collaborates with the team to provide excellent patient care. The nurse advocates for patients and families, protects privacy and confidentiality, conducts nursing assessments and diagnoses, and facilitates plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements

Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days after relocation.
Associate degree required; a BSN is preferred.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Two years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities
