About The Position
HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Premium Pool ICU team. The nurse will float among several areas across the nursing spectrum, working collaboratively with the team to provide excellent patient care. The role includes advocating for patients and families, protecting privacy and confidentiality, completing nursing assessments and diagnoses, and providing plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license; compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days after relocation.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree; BSN preferred.
- Two years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
Responsibilities

- Provide plan-based care and commit to continuous improvement.
- Float between several areas across the nursing spectrum.
