About The Position

Christian Health is seeking full-time Registered Nurses to join Heritage Manor Nursing Home. The role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants to help ensure the highest degree of quality care. The nurse is expected to understand and embrace Christian Health’s mission statement and comply with its ASPIRE Standards of Performance. Heritage Manor’s team aims to meet residents’ physical needs while supporting their spiritual and emotional well-being. An individualized care plan is created for each resident by a care team that includes physicians, clinical nurse specialists, geriatric nurse practitioners, certified nursing assistants, dietitians, therapists, and other professionals. The hourly rate is $37.00–$48.00, depending on applicable factors such as relevant experience, education, and credentials. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a $4.30 differential for second and third shifts, and a $2.00 weekend differential. The schedule is Monday through Friday and every other weekend, with shifts available from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
