About The Position

Christian Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health Hospital (RRBH) and Haven. The RN is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team and leads the development of individualized treatment plans centered on patients’ needs and goals. The role serves adults in inpatient psychiatric care, including general adult and geriatric services at RRBH and trauma-informed inpatient care for women at Haven. The therapeutic setting includes medication therapies, individual therapy, psychoeducation and other therapeutic groups, art and music therapy, movement groups, and family support. RNs may also serve as nurse preceptors, charge nurses, and mentors to nursing students. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Demonstrate compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.
Demonstrate an understanding of and embrace Christian Health’s mission statement.

Responsibilities

Lead the interdisciplinary team in developing individualized treatment plans that address patients’ needs and goals.
Participate in patient-centered care within the inpatient behavioral health setting.
May act as a nurse preceptor, charge nurse, and mentor to nursing students.
