About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers quality nursing care through interpersonal contact and provides care and services that help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The RN evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment and revises care plans as patient conditions change. The role also provides daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs and contributes to an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma or an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation, and kept current during employment.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
