About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for an acute care hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Assignments may be on Med/Surg Telemetry, Neuro, or Oncology units. The travel contract is for 13 or 26 weeks, with a start date of November 16, 2026. The role is scheduled for day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, totaling 36 hours per week. Estimated travel pay is $2,211 per week; local candidates are paid $45 per hour. There are three openings.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Iowa RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical/Telemetry experience
Nice To Haves
- 2 or more years of recent Medical/Surgical/Telemetry experience preferred
