About The Position

Regions Hospital is seeking a patient-focused Registered Nurse for its Cardiac Medicine/Progressive Care Unit, also known as South 8. The unit cares for general medicine and progressive-care patients with complex medical needs and comorbidities, including heart failure, NSTEMI, chest pain, coronary artery disease, post-intervention sheath management, COPD, pneumonia and other cardiorespiratory problems, end-stage renal disease, peritoneal dialysis, liver failure, and alcohol or other intoxicant withdrawal.
