Mechanicsville Specialty Care, a 39-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Mechanicsville, IA, is now hiring a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time overnight position. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Iowa (or ability to obtain)
- Current, valid CPR Certification

- Knowledge of skilled nursing and long‑term care regulations preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑centered nursing approach
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing / long‑term care (LTC) setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Support overnight clinical operations while ensuring resident safety
- Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary care team members
- Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs
- Complete accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols
