We provide excellent long-term care and short-term rehabilitation to seniors in the greater Hartford area. Our nurses are invaluable because they lead the care team at Jefferson House. By leveraging their experience, they provide guidance and direction to the care team while ensuring residents and patients receive compassionate care in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Connecticut RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong Team Player
- Compassionate approach to older adults
- New graduates will require one year of experience to become competent, with an evaluation at 6 months to assess progress
Responsibilities
- Lead the care team at Jefferson House.
- Provide guidance and direction to the care team.
- Ensure residents and patients receive compassionate care in a safe environment.
