About The Position

Brighten Life Home Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide personalized home health care to patients in Salt Lake City, Utah. The nurse supports patients in recovering, improving mobility, and maintaining independence in their homes through skilled nursing care, assessment, treatment, and education. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Utah.
• Knowledge of infection control and nursing practices.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient admissions and assessments.
• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting.
• Administer medications and perform treatments.
• Address urgent patient needs, including catheter care and fall follow-up.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health and disease management.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers.
