About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Hampden Rehab location. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse, the RN uses the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care for patients admitted to the nursing unit. The RN plans, coordinates, and provides patient care, including interdisciplinary and discharge planning, patient and family education for post-hospitalization, and access to community resources. Other related duties may be assigned or requested. The RN may serve as a Charge Nurse; current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses. Requirements

Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where the hospital is located, or a compact license if the state participates.
Hold current BLS certification.
Provide evidence of AHA-approved ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Nice To Haves

One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
