About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 private duty care in Huntington and surrounding communities. This role offers more flexibility, support, and allows nurses to focus on a single patient at a time, building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Nurses will provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the client's home, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. BAYADA provides 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in their home.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
