About The Position

As an Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, skilled nursing services to hospitalized patients and guide them toward optimal health and functional recovery. You will assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and continuously monitor patient conditions. Working with physicians and other healthcare professionals, you will develop comprehensive care plans and prepare patients and their families for discharge to home or another care setting.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN license.
• One or more years of recent RN experience with acute care patients, ICU, or procedural care.
• CPR certification, renewed every two years or as specified by the work.
• BLS and ACLS certification required by the date of hire.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
• Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.

Nice To Haves

• PALS certification within 60 days of hire.
• Current ICU experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience starting IVs.
• BSN or MSN.
