About The Position

AMOREM is hiring a full-time RN care coordinator to provide hospice and palliative home care. The role focuses on quality end-of-life bedside care, patient and family education, coordinating plans of care, and working with an interdisciplinary team. The RN approaches patients and families holistically, uses technology to improve quality of care, and applies hospice medical skills. The position offers a flexible schedule and flexible on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted nursing license.
• Completed RN degree (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
• Willingness to take on new challenges and desire for professional growth.
• Up-to-date CPR certification.
