About The Position
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Medical-Surgical department. The position is full-time nights, working 36 hours per week, at Texas Health Azle in Azle, Texas. The hospital is a community-based facility serving Azle, Lake Worth, Springtown, and surrounding areas. Its services include emergency medicine, surgical care, cardiology, wound care, pain management, radiology, rehabilitation services, and adult intensive care. The facility is a Level IV trauma center and is accredited in Chest Pain Management with distinction by the Joint Commission.
Requirements
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing required.
- One year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required upon hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required before providing independent patient care and must be maintained quarterly.
- High degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
