About The Position

The Registered Nurse provides highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. The role delivers direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary colleagues to provide age- and developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Current additional certifications as required by the department.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas, or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 12 months of RN experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
