About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and indirect patient care throughout patients’ recovery journeys, using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop personalized care plans, monitors patient conditions and communicates changes to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues, and contributes to discharge planning to support safe transitions. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required, or obtain them within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting.
