About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses in North Carolina to provide one-to-one home care nursing to local clients of all ages and acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling, short commutes to local clients, and daytime and overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available; PRN requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month. There is no weekend requirement. BAYADA provides onboarding around nurses’ availability, personalized paid training, award-winning simulation labs, skill-building for a wide range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, and ongoing mentorship. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting to support patient care. The position pays $31–$33 per hour in North Carolina, depending on commitment and shift, and includes benefits such as PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is weekly, and career advancement opportunities are available. BAYADA’s North Carolina skilled nursing offices serve local communities across the state, including counties listed for Asheville and Hickory. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
