About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their Skilled Nursing team in the Charlotte Metro area. The role focuses on providing high-quality, compassionate, excellent, and reliable care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes. Nurses will travel to a single client's home near them on a chosen schedule, execute doctor's orders, perform assessments, monitor client conditions, document observations, and perform skills with autonomy. BAYADA emphasizes that home is the preferred place for care and aims to provide the best possible care there. They serve clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels and offer extensive paid training to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
