About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses in North Carolina to provide one-to-one home care nursing to local clients. Nurses travel to one client’s home and work on a schedule they choose, matched with a client. The role includes following and carrying out doctors’ orders, completing assessments, monitoring client conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA describes a people-first, care-driven culture with personalized paid onboarding and training, including SIM labs, ongoing mentorship, 24/7 clinical support, skill-building for clients with varying acuity levels, and nurse appreciation events. Scheduling options include days, afternoons, evenings, and nights, with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. There is no weekend requirement. Full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are available; PRN requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
