About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses in North Carolina to provide one-to-one home care nursing for local clients. Nurses travel to one client’s home and provide care on a schedule they choose, with flexible shifts available during days, afternoons, evenings, or nights. Shift lengths are 8, 10, or 12 hours. Full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are offered; PRN requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per month. The position offers $28–$33 per hour in North Carolina, depending on commitment and shift, and weekly paychecks. BAYADA provides personalized paid training, including award-winning simulation labs, onboarding with Case Managers and Clinical Managers, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels. Nurses follow and document doctors’ orders, assess clients, monitor their conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home near the nurse on a chosen schedule.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
