About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its Mercer County STAT Team to provide advanced, hands-on care to infants, children, and adults with medically complex needs in their homes. Nurses provide direct bedside nursing and personal care, support clients with ongoing home-care needs throughout Mercer County, deliver clinical interventions, and help ensure continuity of care. The role also involves training and mentoring care-team members. Candidates must be able to work in a teaching setting, maintain an ongoing consistent schedule, and travel throughout Mercer County. Daytime and overnight options are available, with full-time or part-time scheduling.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Trach and ventilator experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team.
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule.
• Ability to travel throughout Mercer County.

Responsibilities
