About The Position

BAYADA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) STAT nurse to provide private duty nursing care in patients’ homes and help meet urgent shift needs across Kent and Sussex Counties, with travel of up to 60 miles. The nurse will work with all levels of care, including MedSurg and tracheostomy/ventilator care. The primary shift is overnight, with availability for all shifts and week-to-week scheduling. The STAT nurse will also help bring home new referrals and train nurses joining existing cases.

BAYADA describes its home health care service as focused on helping people remain safe at home and avoid hospitalization. Nurses receive support from an office team and 24/7 on-call clinical managers. The role may be part-time or full-time, and pay is up to $55 per hour.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of RN bedside nursing experience.
• Availability to travel in Kent and Sussex Counties or up to 60 miles.
• Availability to work with all levels of care, including MedSurg and tracheostomy/ventilator care.
• Availability to work all shifts; the primary shift is overnight.
• Interest in part-time or full-time work.
