About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses for its STAT Team in Mercer County, New Jersey. Nurses provide advanced, hands-on care to infants, children, and adults with medically complex needs in their homes. The position offers daytime or overnight options and full-time or part-time scheduling. Nurses are expected to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule and travel throughout Mercer County. This is an hourly position paying $45 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Have tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Be able to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team.
• Be available to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule.
• Be able to travel throughout Mercer County.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing and personal care for clients with medically complex needs.
• Support clients with ongoing home care needs throughout Mercer County.
• Deliver clinical interventions and ensure continuity of care.
• Train and mentor care team members, including preparing and educating the ongoing BAYADA care team.
