About The Position

Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) NICU Unit - Nights - Central Staffing Office. Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together. The main office for the Central Staffing Office is in Arlington, TX but you will primarily be working in Region A. This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits. Texas Health Central Staffing Office – internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all THR hospitals. Must have flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on the needs of the business. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular region. The department prides itself in high performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills. Requirements

  • Nursing Diploma Required or Associate’s degree in Nursing Required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred
  • Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency
  • 5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty
  • Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire
  • NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire
  • NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire
  • A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred
