About The Position

This is a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) position for the NICU Unit, working nights. The role is part of the Central Staffing Office, which provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Hospitals. The position requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs and is broken down by region. The Central Staffing Office prides itself on high-performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma Required or Associate’s degree in Nursing Required or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Preferred
• CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
• 5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
• Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire Required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire Required
• NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire Required
• NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire Required
• A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
